Bright, berryish red blend from a highly regarded Napa Valley estate, the nose fragrant with wild berries and cherry blossom, while the mouth bursts with red cherries topped by a whiff of sage, clove and cocoa powder.

About

The Hand of Time is a Californian red wine blend from the Stag's Leap estate which is made using 3 different grape varieties; Cabernet Sauvignon 86%, Merlot 11% and Malbec 3%.

The wine is aged for 21 months in neutral (mostly French) oak before bottling.

Ideal with...

Shredded pork tacos, grilled beef sliders or Chicken Saltimbo. Incredibly food friendly, pairing with any rich or flavoursome meat dishes.
