About
Accordini Stefano is a respected family-run winery in the Valpolicella region of Veneto, producing traditional wines that reflect the heritage and character of northern Italy. The estate is particularly known for its Amarone wines, crafted with attention to detail and regional authenticity.
Winemaking: Carefully selected grapes are harvested by hand and dried for several months using the traditional appassimento method to concentrate sugars, flavours and aromas. Fermentation takes place slowly before the wine is matured in oak barrels to develop complexity, richness and balance.
Vineyards: The vineyards are situated in the hills of Valpolicella, where limestone-rich soils, hillside exposures and cooling Alpine influences help produce grapes with excellent concentration, freshness and aromatic intensity.
