Accordini Stefano Amarone has an intense aroma of black cherry, dried fruits and a hint of spice and earthy notes. On the palate it is velvety smooth, full, but not overbearing, and with prominent flavours of dried fruit, cherry, chocolate, and sweet spices. The tannins and acidity are well balanced, and the velvety structure supports the flavours through to a luxurious finish.
As with all good Amarone, the fruits are left to dry for 3 months to impart intensity, and the wine is aged in oak for over 2 years to bring cocoa and vanilla spice notes into this richly structured wine.
