This wine has a tremendous depth of colour and a nose that is full of berries, violets and cherry. The taste is warm and the berry fruits really come through in a full, rounded style that has been carefully balanced to deliver style, depth and a lasting finish - try it, it does not disappoint.
About
This wine is blend of several vineyards of which Septima own approx. 185 hectacres in the Finca, Vistflores, Los Arboles and La Consulta districts. They combined together to produce this superb wine which is aged for 10 -18 months in oak and is a credit to the winemaker Paula Borgio.
Malbec seems to have found its home in Argentina where some it of its finest wines of an almost unique style are produced.
