Castello di Querceto is a historic estate located in the heart of Chianti Classico, Tuscany. The winery has been family-owned for generations and is known for producing authentic, terroir-driven wines that reflect the traditional character of the region.
Winemaking: Grapes are hand-harvested and fermented in temperature-controlled tanks, followed by ageing in stainless steel and cement vats for several months. This approach preserves bright fruit character, freshness and the classic structure of Chianti.
Vineyards: The vineyards are located in the Chianti Classico hills of Tuscany, where a mix of altitude, clay-limestone soils and warm days with cool nights help Sangiovese retain acidity while developing aromatic complexity and finesse.
