Made using 100% Pinot Noir grape with the 40% of the wine aged in French oak, of which a quarter is aged in new oak.
The vineyards are planted on the flatter plains and on the gentle slopes of Chile's Casablanca Valley where the soil is of relatively poor quality with low fertility, and therefore perfect for growing wine grapes.
The climate in this valley can be described as cool Mediterranean.
