This white wine blend shows a straw yellow colour with green hints leading to a nose of floral notes of broom with a hint of citrus and tropical fruits. There is a lively acidity, fresh and with a mineral finish.
About
An indigenous grape variety (Malvasia) and an international grape (Sauvignon Blanc) for a fresh and mineral wine with a good level of acidity.
The vines are 100m above sea level and benefits from great diurnal temperature variations with the grapes being harvested in the second and third week of August.
After picking the grapes undergo oft pressing, cold static decantation and alcoholic fermentation at 16°C in steel tanks prior to aging.
