On the nose orange, vanilla, pancake batter and toast. To taste bold and creamy with pepper, and salted caramel.

About

Premium caribbean rum infused with aniseed, nutmeg, ginger, black peppercorn, cinnamon, coriander seed lemon peel and sweet vanilla pods.

All of their rum is produced in copper pot stills created by the award winning forsyths still makers in scotland. The still is made like a traditional jamaican alambic which gives 'body and soul' to the rum and all of the ageing is done in ex american bourbon barrels.

Suggested Serve...

• 50ml Cut spiced rum
• 40ml Pineapple Juice
• 30ml Lime Juice
• 20ml Orgeat Syrup
• 10ml Campari

Shake, strain and pour over ice in the glass.
