This rum is a 151 overproof and smoother than smooth. On the nose pancakes and waffles, to taste, butterscotch, vanilla, cinnamon and coconut oil.

Amazingly smooth overproof spiced rum. Infused with all the same great spices but at over 70% it takes on so many new characteristics and has a depth of flavour that will stand up to any ingredient

All of their rum is produced in copper pot stills created by the award winning forsyths still makers in scotland. The still is made like a traditional jamaican alambic which gives 'body and soul' to the rum and all of the ageing is done in ex american bourbon barrels.

Suggested Serve...

• 25ml Overproof rum
• 15 ml Peach Liqueur
• 75ml Orange juice
• 25ml Red Wine Float

Make in the glass, float the wine and garnish with orange peel and mint.
