Tasting Notes
An attractive pale yellow colour with lovely floral aromas which lead to red apple, melon and stone fruits (peaches) on the palate. This is a soft wine with a rounded texture and a long finish.
About
This wine is made by LGI which was founded in 1999 and is now one of the largest cooperatives in the South of France with winemakers from Beziers to Carcassonne. This range of terroirs and different altitudes enables a great variety of grapes and styles to be grown.
Cadence white is made predominantly with Ugni Blanc with Vermentino, Grenache Blanc and Colombard added to the blend to ensure a consistent flavour profile from one vintage to the next. The grapes are harvested at night to retain their freshness and firmness. They are then destemmed and pressed before being aged in stainless steel tanks.
