We were fortunate enough to met Martino Biscardo at his home in Soave and since then, have been mightily impressed with his family's wines. A family business for more than 150 years, they have a superb range, but perhaps their best-known character trait throughout their wines is their purity and honest reflection of the grape variety,
Winemaking: Grapes are gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures to preserve freshness, delicate aromas and fruit purity.
Vineyards: Sourced from northern Italian vineyards where a temperate climate and cooling influences help retain acidity and enhance aromatic expression.
Food Pairing
Ideal with seafood, light pasta dishes, salads, grilled vegetables or as a refreshing aperitif.
