Tasting Notes:

Finish: Clean, refined and persistent with subtle honeyed notes and a refreshing mineral edge.
About
Château de Châtagneréaz is one of the most historic estates in the Mont-sur-Rolle region of Switzerland’s Vaud wine country. The estate has built a strong reputation for producing some of the finest expressions of Chasselas, particularly under the Premier Grand Cru classification, which recognises exceptional vineyard quality and strict production standards.
Winemaking: Grapes are gently pressed and fermented at controlled temperatures to preserve freshness and aromatic purity. The wine is then aged on fine lees in large oak vats, adding texture, depth and subtle complexity while maintaining the signature freshness of Chasselas.
Vineyards: The vineyards sit on the slopes above Lake Geneva in Mont-sur-Rolle, benefiting from a temperate climate influenced by the lake and surrounding Alps. Limestone-rich soils and excellent sun exposure help produce wines with finesse, minerality and ageing potential.
