Vineyards: Grapes are sourced from high-altitude vineyards in the Uco Valley, where stony, alluvial soils—mixed with sand, silt and limestone—shape the wine’s freshness, minerality and precision. Cool mountain air and intense daytime sunshine contribute to concentrated fruit and natural acidity.
Winemaking: Fruit is hand-harvested, sorted and fermented with gentle extraction to preserve purity and texture. Ageing takes place in a combination of large oak foudres and concrete vessels, emphasising elegance, minerality and transparency of terroir rather than overt oak influence.
