Loalto is a modern Spanish winery focused on sustainable viticulture and expressive wines that highlight the character of Valencia’s indigenous grape varieties. The range combines organic farming with minimal intervention winemaking to create authentic and approachable wines.
Winemaking: Garnacha grapes are harvested from organically farmed vineyards and fermented in stainless steel using gentle extraction techniques to preserve freshness, purity of fruit and varietal character. Minimal intervention practices are used throughout production to maintain the wine’s natural expression.
Vineyards: The vineyards are located in Valencia, where warm Mediterranean sunshine, cooling evening temperatures and limestone-rich soils allow Garnacha grapes to ripen fully while retaining freshness and balance. Many vines are old bush-trained vines with naturally low yields, contributing concentration and depth.
