Mandrarossa is a forward-thinking Sicilian winery known for expressing indigenous grape varieties with a modern, terroir-driven approach. Based in southwestern Sicily, the estate focuses on coastal vineyard sites that highlight freshness, purity and Mediterranean character.
Winemaking: Grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and gently pressed before fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is typically aged on fine lees to enhance texture while preserving aromatic freshness and varietal expression.
Vineyards: The vineyards are located in coastal Sicily, where limestone and sandy soils, warm sunshine and cooling sea breezes create ideal conditions for producing aromatic, fresh and well-balanced Fiano.
