Raasay is a modern Scottish distillery based on the remote Isle of Raasay in the Inner Hebrides, known for producing innovative single malts that combine island character with contemporary whisky-making techniques.
The whisky is crafted using a combination of peated and unpeated spirit, then matured in a range of carefully selected casks including rye, bourbon and wine casks. This layered maturation creates complexity, balance and the distillery’s signature lightly smoky style.
Serving suggestion: Best enjoyed neat in the included glassware to appreciate its full aromatic range, or with a few drops of water to open up the fruit and smoke. A perfect after-dinner whisky for slow sipping and sharing.
