Bodega Cabrini Malbec

Cabrini Malbec is a deep purple wine with an aroma of violets and ripe plum, leading into flavours of blackcurrant and plum on the palate. The wine is typically acidic, quickly settling into the smoothness and velvety, long-lasting finish you'd expect of a well made Malbec.

The wine is made unoaked, allowing the pure, fresh and delicious fruit character of Cabrini's high-altitude Malbec grapes to show through, creating a fresher drink than some of the more 'jammy' styles.

Minimal intervention is Cabrini's key to producing great wines which is why the grapes are hand-harvested, and hand sorted, with no chemicals used in the vineyards.
