Domaine Robert Chevillon is a highly regarded family estate in Nuits-Saint-Georges in the Côte de Nuits. Known for traditional winemaking and old-vine holdings, the domaine produces some of the most respected and age-worthy wines in the appellation, with a strong focus on terroir expression and finesse.
Winemaking: Grapes are hand-harvested from old vines and carefully sorted before fermentation with native yeasts. The wine is aged in French oak barrels, with a measured proportion of new oak to preserve elegance, structure and vineyard character.
Vineyards: The vineyards are located in Nuits-Saint-Georges on limestone-clay soils typical of the Côte de Nuits. Old vines contribute low yields and high concentration, while the cool continental climate preserves acidity and aromatic precision.
