Tasting Notes

Tussock Jumper Pinot Noir is a dark purple colour with ruby tints and aromas of crushed black fruits and jam.

It has delicate flavours of red and black berries mixed with floral notes with hints of delicate wood and vanilla and has a long, complex palate. It is supported with plump and well-integrated tannins.

About

Vineyards: Clay-limestone terraces in the warm climate of Southern France.

Winemaking: cold pre-fermentation maceration and two weeks fermentation at controlled temperatures. It takes 6 to 9 months before reaching its perfect drinkable best.
