Montsable Reserve Pinot Noir has aromas of dark cherry and blackberry with a rich, round palate of red berry fruit which is further complemented by toasty, vanilla notes that bring a touch of spice to the finish.
The wine is barrel aged for 5 months in a mix of new and old French oak barrels before blending to produce this Pinot Noir which has class, great texture and satisfying weight.
This is a medium bodied wine, rich in flavours and a really terrific drink. It would pair well with meaty stews, full flavoured fish and hard cheese.
