The vineyards are 100 years old, located in the prime Drummond area of Luján de Cuyo in Argentina's Mendoza and sit at 950 meters above sea level.
The grapes are hand picked in small crates to retain the quality of the fruit,
The wines are produced in the traditional style in their state-of-the-art winery using cool maceration in stainless steel tanks.
The wine is then aged for 6 months in French (80%) and American (20%) oak barrels.
