Domaine Chante Cigale is a family-owned estate in Châteauneuf-du-Pape with a strong reputation for producing expressive, terroir-driven wines. The estate works across both red and white styles, focusing on traditional Rhône varieties and sustainable vineyard practices.
Winemaking: Grapes are hand-harvested and gently pressed before fermentation in stainless steel tanks and partially in oak barrels. The wine is then aged on fine lees to build texture, richness and aromatic complexity while preserving freshness.
Vineyards: Vineyards are located in the Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation on classic galets roulés soils over clay and limestone, which store heat during the day and release it at night, aiding ripening and concentration while maintaining balance.
