The Hand of Time is a Californian red wine blend from the Stag's Leap estate which is made using 3 different grape varieties; Cabernet Sauvignon 86%, Merlot 11% and Malbec 3%.
The wine is aged for 21 months in neutral (mostly French) oak before bottling.
