Tasting Notes:

Finish: Medium and smooth with lingering vanilla, soft fruit and delicate coastal salinity.

Wolfburn Distillery, based in Thurso on the far north coast of Scotland, is known for its traditional craftsmanship and small-batch production methods. As Scotland’s northernmost mainland distillery, it produces whiskies with a subtle maritime influence.
Northland is the core expression in the Wolfburn range, crafted using carefully selected malted barley and matured in oak casks close to the sea. This results in a whisky that is smooth, lightly sweet and gently coastal in character, reflecting both tradition and place.
Serving suggestion: Best enjoyed neat or with a small splash of water to open up the fruit and vanilla notes. Also works well as a refined highball with premium soda water and ice.
