Tasting Notes:
Nose: Gentle peat smoke intertwines with ripe pear, green apple, honey and vanilla, lifted by citrus zest and soft oak.
Palate: Smooth and layered with sweet malt, toffee and orchard fruit, followed by waves of soft smoke, vanilla cream and light spice.
Finish: Medium to long with lingering smoky sweetness, fruit and gentle oak warmth.

The Smoky Ten is crafted using peated malted barley and matured in a combination of bourbon barrels, sherry casks and virgin oak casks. This layered maturation brings together smoke, fruit and sweetness in a balanced and approachable style.
Serving suggestion: Best enjoyed neat or with a splash of water to soften the smoke and reveal more fruit and vanilla notes. Also works well in a smoky highball with soda water and ice.
