Zuccardi Los Olivos Malbec is a wonderfully fruity, smooth Argentine red from the Uco Valley in Mendoza. It's smooth and full of appealing fruit flavours, but has a lighter feel that makes it particularly easy to enjoy. A good choice when you want the pleasure of Malbec without quite so much weight.

Los Olivos is made from Malbec grapes grown in selected vineyards in Mendoza's Uco Valley, a high-altitude region where sunny days and cooler nights help grapes develop ripe fruit flavours while retaining natural freshness.
The grapes are harvested by hand and undergo fermentation with extended contact between the juice and grape skins, helping develop colour, flavour and gentle tannin structure. Around half of the wine is matured in French oak for approximately ten months, adding subtle complexity while allowing the fruit to remain the dominant feature.
The result is a wine that combines the familiar richness of Argentine Malbec with a smooth texture and a more restrained sense of weight, making it particularly enjoyable for those who prefer freshness and balance alongside their fruit flavours.
Los Olivos is an excellent everyday food wine. Its smooth tannins and juicy fruit make it particularly enjoyable with grilled chicken, homemade burgers, roast pork or a simple steak supper.
It also pairs well with pasta in a tomato-based sauce, pizza, roasted vegetables and mushroom dishes. Its fresher character makes it versatile enough for meals where a particularly heavy red might feel overpowering.
Serve at approximately 16–18°C. Slightly below room temperature will help emphasise its fruit and freshness.
