Encantado is dry, with red fruits on the palate, cherry being to the fore. The intense flavours are matched by the aroma, with a fresh and delicate overall taste and finish.

About

Ai Galera Encantado is a rose wine made from Tempranillo grapes from the Tejo region of Portugal.

The wine is made from the destemmed grapes which are kept in contact with the skins for 6 to 8 hours from picking, after which fermentation takes place at 16ºC.
