Mistico is a dry, quite soft and light wine with a citrus and gentle tree fruits of apple and peach palate.
The wine is a honey yellow colour, with ample ripe fruits on the nose and a pleasing finish.
About
Ai Galera Mistico come from Verdelho and Fernao Pires grapes grown in sandy-loam and sandy clay soils from vineyards around Lezíria and Charneca in the Tejo region of Portugal.
The white wine is made by direct pressing of the grapes, followed by fermentation of the clarified must at 14ºC and is then bottled without oaking.
