Tasting Notes

Domaine de l'Oratoire St Martin is a historic family-run estate in Cairanne in the Southern Rhône. The estate is certified organic and is known for producing authentic, terroir-driven wines that reflect the character of their old-vine vineyards and traditional winemaking approach.
Winemaking: Grapes are hand-harvested from old vines and fermented with indigenous yeasts. The wine is vinified with minimal intervention and aged in a combination of concrete vats and large oak foudres to preserve freshness, structure and varietal purity.
Vineyards: The vineyards are located in Cairanne on a mix of clay-limestone and sandy soils with galets roulés stones. Old vines, low yields and a warm Mediterranean climate produce concentrated fruit with natural balance and complexity.
