Founded in 1898 in the heart of Perthshire, Aberfeldy Distillery is celebrated for producing elegant Highland whiskies with a distinctive honeyed style. The distillery draws its water from the famous Pitilie Burn, renowned for its purity and rich mineral content.
Aberfeldy 12 Year Old is crafted using traditional copper pot stills and matured in carefully selected oak casks for a minimum of twelve years. This patient ageing process develops the whisky's smooth texture, balanced sweetness and characteristic Highland complexity.
Serving suggestion: Best enjoyed neat or with a splash of water to reveal additional layers of honey, fruit and spice. It also works beautifully in a classic Whisky Highball served over ice with premium soda water.
