Pale straw coloured wine witha haunting honeysuckle and apricot aroma. The palate is rich and brings crunchy pear and white peach which is somehow still dry, tangy and refreshing.

Made with 75% Viognier grape blended with 15% other regional whites and left unoaked to keep the lighter refreshing aspects of the wine show through.
The vineyards for Fidèle Soleilla are perched high in the dramatic hills and terraces above the Vallée d’Agly with a unique character all of its own. The famed black schist is interspersed with pockets of limestone from the higher slopes, combining the richness and power that is typical of Maury with a fresher, more finely defined character.
Once harvested, the grapes undergo a short skin-contact maceration. Then, the juice, collected after a delicate pressing and meticulous off-settling, ferments at low temperature.
