Freedom's story began in 1995 in Fulham when in their small brewery they created their first pilsner lager. In 2004 they moved near to fresh water supplies on a farm in Staffordshire, where they could also pursue their goal of being a sustainable brewery.
Their aim has always been to make beers they want to drink themselves, but in a sustainable fashion. They were recognised by SIBA in 2016 for their work in producing sustainable authentic beers.
