Verdeca is a native southern Italian white grape particularly associated with Puglia, producing fresh, dry wines with citrus and orchard fruit, floral notes and a distinctive mineral character. If you're looking for a crisp Italian white but want something less familiar than Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc, Verdeca is well worth discovering.
Our two Verdeca wines show two different sides of the grape. Produttori di Manduria Alice is the fresher, more direct expression, with citrus, white flowers and a clean, saline mineral finish. San Marzano Talo is the softer, more textured style, with gentle French oak adding subtle vanilla and richness while retaining Verdeca's natural freshness.
Choose Alice for a crisp, unoaked expression of Verdeca, or Talo when you want greater texture and a touch more richness.
