Unfined beer, also known as 'hazy beer' is simply beer without finings!. Finings clear the beer by giving the yeast something to clumps around allowing it settles to the bottom of the cask faster.
Unfortunately, it will take some of the flavour with it. The most common fining material is Isinglass (which is dried fish bits. eg swim bladders). Not great for vegetarians
