Château Unang La Source

All grapes are hand-harvested at Unang, and the vineyard is now certified fully organic.
Fantastic drinking now, but should cellar well for a few years yet.
Uncomplicated and easy drinking, I would say this wine drinks more than her price tag!

A nice uncomplicated wine, it has a lovely roundness to it, with both a floral and fruity nose, which develops over onto the mouth. A genuinely nice drinking wine.

Unang is an isolated, self-contained domaine with, interestingly enough, its own geological category: les sables d’Unang. All grapes are hand-harvested at Unang, and the vineyard is now certified organic, the white since 2012 and the red and rose since 2013.

So yummy with a lovely big roast lamb dish, but would be perfect alongside any roast dish.
