Turncoat Sicilian Lemon Gin

Our Man in Sicily gin is light on the palate, brilliant as a summer drink, or drank neat any time of the year. As it pushes more towards lemon cake, rather than a sharp citrus, this is a great palate to try new garnishes with.

We think it works well with lemon, lime, grapefruit or orange to add a zesty layer on the robust lemon backdrop. Alternatively push the herbal notes using a sprig of rosemary.
