Made from 100% Chardonnay, this top-end vintage Blanc de Blanc has a nose of fresh limes with a yeasty bread background. The taste develops from the nose as the limes come through along with tangerines combined in a very fresh creamy mousse. It is complex and leaves delicious flavours in a long lasting, elegant finish.

A favourite amongst Graham Beck fans, the grapes for this Blanc de Blancs is selected from limestone rich vineyards on the Robertson estate, which produces the best fruit.
The hand-picked Chardonnay is pressed and fermented in both oak barrels and stainless steel tanks. The blend is then bottled and the second fermentation takes at least 36 months in the bottle to develop the great flavours normally associated with vintage champagne. The result is a superb wine; price-wise, it's a steal and is well worth trying.
