Tasting Notes
Baron de Badassiere Picpoul de Pinet is a perfect example of Picpoul. It is light in style and leans towards dry to medium-dry with apples (Cox or Golden Delicious) both on the nose and palate. Keep two bottles in the fridge; well-chilled, it is fiendishly moreish and the bottle will probably be finished before you know it!
