Basalt Volcanic Rock Gin takes its identity from Northern Ireland's spectacular Causeway Coast and the ancient basalt formations for which the region is famous. The gin is produced with an emphasis on provenance and small-batch craftsmanship, creating a spirit intended to capture something of its rugged coastal surroundings.
Its carefully chosen botanicals balance traditional juniper character with citrus, herbs and spice, producing a contemporary gin that remains recognisably dry and versatile.
Serving suggestion: Serve over plenty of ice with a premium tonic water and a citrus garnish. Its fresh, aromatic character also makes it an excellent choice for a Martini or other gin-led cocktails.
