Tenute Tomasella is a family-owned winery located on the border of Veneto and Friuli in north-east Italy. The estate is known for producing expressive wines that combine regional character with modern winemaking precision, while respecting tradition and sustainability.
Winemaking: Grapes are gently pressed and vinified in white before fermentation at a controlled temperature of around 16°C. The wine undergoes full malolactic fermentation to enhance softness and balance while preserving freshness and fruit clarity. The result is a clean, unoaked Chardonnay with purity and finesse.
Vineyards: Sourced from vineyards spanning Veneto and Friuli, where warm days and cooling influences from nearby alpine and coastal zones help preserve acidity while developing ripe citrus and stone fruit character. The soils contribute a subtle mineral edge to the wine.
