Pecorino is particularly interesting because it combines the freshness and aromatic appeal associated with crisp white wines with a naturally more substantial palate. Citrus, orchard fruit and floral notes are balanced by lively acidity, creating a style that is both refreshing and satisfying.
Collefrisio is a modern Abruzzo producer founded by third-generation winemakers. Its approach combines regional winemaking traditions with contemporary techniques designed to preserve the character of indigenous varieties.
