Pocketful of Stones Distillery, based in Penzance, Cornwall, produces this small-batch Old Tom gin. Known for imaginative spirits that combine traditional distilling with creative flavours, the distillery draws inspiration from the Cornish coast and heritage.
The gin is distilled with a blend of botanicals including juniper, citrus, and warming spices, then infused with natural marmalade to create its signature sweet-citrus character. Careful balancing ensures the gin retains smoothness while highlighting the marmalade’s brightness.
Best enjoyed neat, over ice, or in classic Old Tom cocktails such as a Martinez, Tom Collins, or gin and tonic with a twist, letting the marmalade flavour shine through.
