Tasting Notes

Mandrarossa is the premium range of Cantine Settesoli, one of Sicily’s leading wine producers. The winery focuses on highlighting the diversity of Sicilian terroirs and indigenous grape varieties through modern, fruit-driven winemaking.
Winemaking: Grapes are harvested at full ripeness and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve fruit intensity and freshness. A portion of the wine may see brief oak ageing to add texture and complexity while maintaining the vibrant character of Nero d’Avola.
Vineyards: The vineyards are located in southwestern Sicily near the Mediterranean coast, where abundant sunshine, sea breezes and mineral-rich soils help produce ripe, concentrated grapes with freshness and aromatic intensity.
