Château Beaulieu is one of the largest and most historic estates in Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence, with vineyards rooted in a unique volcanic terroir. Now managed by the Jeanjean family, the estate is known for producing expressive yet elegant Provence wines that reflect both tradition and modern precision.
Winemaking: Grapes are harvested at night to preserve freshness, then gently destemmed and directly pressed. Fermentation takes place at low temperatures using a white winemaking approach to minimise extraction, resulting in a delicate, pale, and aromatic rosé with fine texture and purity.
Vineyards: Located in Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence, the vineyards benefit from a warm Mediterranean climate moderated by sea breezes and the Mistral wind. The soils are a mix of clay, limestone and volcanic influences, helping retain freshness while enhancing aromatic complexity and balance.
