Tasting Notes:

About
Loalto is a modern Spanish winery dedicated to producing expressive, site-driven wines that highlight native grape varieties and Mediterranean terroir. The estate focuses on minimal intervention winemaking to preserve authenticity and purity of fruit.
Winemaking: Grapes are hand-harvested from old vines and gently pressed before fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperatures. Some parcels may see light ageing on fine lees or neutral vessels to enhance texture, but oak influence is minimal to preserve freshness and varietal character.
Vineyards: The Tardana grapes are grown at high altitude in Aragón/Utiel-Requena at over 700 metres above sea level. The combination of warm days and cool nights ensures slow ripening, preserving natural acidity while developing aromatic intensity and finesse in the fruit.
