Tasting Notes:
Nose: Floral aromas of wildflowers and fresh orchard fruit are complemented by honey, raisins, vanilla and soft oak.
Palate: Smooth and rounded with flavours of baked apple, pear and sweet malt, layered with dried fruits, toffee and gentle spice from the cask finish.
Finish: Long and elegant with lingering honeyed sweetness, fruitcake notes and delicate oak warmth.

The 2021 Distillers Edition begins with Glenkinchie’s classic 12-year-old spirit before receiving a finishing period in specially selected fortified wine casks. This additional maturation introduces extra depth, sweetness and complexity while preserving the distillery’s signature freshness and balance.
Serving suggestion: Best enjoyed neat or with a few drops of water to reveal additional fruit and floral notes. Pairs particularly well with fruit tarts, crème brûlée or soft cheeses.
