Hedgerow Dry Gin is a classic juniper led gin inspired by the hedgerows of North Yorkshire where there is an abundance of botanicals to add subtle tones and flavours.
Its aroma has clear juniper notes underpinned by gentle floral, herbal and fruit tones. This leads to a palate of dry juniper, followed by floral and fruit tones including apple and elderflower. Its finish is dry but with a delightfully light, fruity smoothness.

Botanicals: Juniper, coriander, angelica, orris & bay with six botanicals foraged from the farm and local hedgerows: crab apple, rosehip, elderflower, nettle leaf & wildflower meadow hay. Stones from the spent fruit from our sloe gin.
Perfect Serve: Indian tonic water, garnish with apple and thyme and lots of ice.
