It's full, rich and rounded on the palate, with baked apple, pineapple, ripe fruits and a little butter-scotch and a hint of spice. This Chardonnay has a refined, yet full-bodied texture with crisp acidity and a long, layered finish with a lingering hint of creamy oak.
Using only the finest grapes from Clarksberg's growing region in California, Bogle Phantom Chardonnay undergoes barrel fermentation which further enhances the flavours, and delivers a smooth, creamy texture to this quite exceptional wine.

Phantom Chardonnay is fermented and aged in a split of French and American oak for 16 months, with hand stirring every two weeks creating a silky, creamy mouthfeel and bringing whispers of sweet notes of vanilla and melted caramel.
