It's full, rich and rounded on the palate, with baked apple, pineapple, ripe fruits and a little butter-scotch and a hint of spice. The wine has a refined, yet full-bodied texture with crisp acidity and a long, layered finish with a lingering hint of creamy oak.
Using the finest grapes from Clarksberg's growing regions in California, the barrel fermentation further enhances the flavours, delivering a smooth, creamy texture to this quite exceptional wine.

The grapes are from the Clarksberg region of California, using only the best from one of the finest grape growing regions of the USA.
The wine is fermented and aged in a split of French and American oak for 16 months, with hand stirring every two weeks creating a silky, creamy mouthfeel and bringing whispers of sweet notes of vanilla and melted caramel.
