This 15 Year Old expression undergoes an additional finishing period in carefully selected Tuscan wine casks, allowing the whisky to absorb rich fruit flavours and subtle tannic structure from the wood. The result is a unique marriage of Highland malt sweetness and Italian wine-cask elegance.
Serving suggestion: Best enjoyed neat to fully appreciate the influence of the Tuscan casks, or with a splash of water to enhance the fruit and spice notes. Pairs particularly well with dark chocolate or mature hard cheeses.
