This expression combines a selection of sherry-seasoned European and American oak casks with carefully chosen American oak casks to create a harmonious, fruit-forward whisky with layered complexity.
It pours a warm golden-amber colour, releasing aromas of ripe orchard fruit, cinnamon spice, vanilla, and subtle oak. On the palate, it is smooth, rounded, and expressive, balancing sweet fruit, gentle spice, and creamy vanilla. The finish is long and warming, with lingering notes of toffee, dried fruits, and soft oak.
