The Chatterer Merlot/Cabernet, Squawking Magpie, has a little chocolate and rich, red and dark fruity flavours. It is medium bodied, with good acidity and tannins. The wine finishes with a smooth and satisfying length.

Vineyards: The vineyard is situated on the warm free draining Gimblett Gravels in Hawkes Bay, NZ, and is managed using sustainable practices.
Winemaking: The Merlot and Cabernet are fermented in small stainless steel vats. Once pressed the new wine was transferred to French oak barrels for 16 months maturation, prior to blending and bottling.
